The Blue House contains 14 author-themed rooms, while the Green House features cubic oriel windows and exposed concrete. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the garden.

ZeitBar in the Red House serves breakfast daily from 6:30-11:00 am (€19.50 per person) featuring homemade bread, lactose-free, vegan, and gluten-free options. From 12:00-22:00, it offers small homemade dishes and drinks. Products are sourced from regional suppliers. Guests can dine in the winter garden or the hotel garden during warmer months.

Library & Garden

The hotel houses a library with over 300 personally signed books by contemporary authors, available for borrowing. Behind the Red House, a garden oasis with seating areas is open to guests from 8:00-22:00. The garden provides a quiet space in central Hamburg, just a short distance from the Outer Alster lake.
